Upon Account closure in good standing (i.e., not due to a breach of Terms), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method, net of any applicable fees. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable and will not be returned upon closure.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. y786 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which is available in the cashier. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y786 is licensed and incorporated, as determined by the operator. y786 does not represent that the Platform is governed by Pakistani law, nor does it claim authorisation or licensing from any Pakistani governmental body.
